Should I’ve fast charging and super charging on Huawei Mate 10 Pro?

Yesterday, I was looking at my colleague’s P20. It seems like when it’s charging it shows 2 thunder sign and the word ‘Super charging’ whereas my Mate 10 shows only one big and one small thunder sign.

Since day one, my mate 10 has been showing one big and one small thunder sign when charging. Does mate 10 supports super charging like P20?

Mate 10/Mate 10Pro does support super charging. If you’re using the charger and cable that come with your phone, you should see super charging and double-lightning sign on your phone.

If your phone only does fast charging, it could be the cable you’re using isn’t right or faulty. Please check or you can try using your friend’s P20 cable or charger to charge your phone to check if you can get the double lightning sign.

Please use the cable that comes with your Mate 10. This cable should have the 5A label. Super charging needs to use this cable.
