Call background settings on my ZenFone 2 grayed out!

I would like to personalize the call screen background on my ZenFone 2. But, I can’t do so as the Call background settings is disabled (grayed out). Kindly advise what do I need to do.

On your ZenFone 2, make sure the “No background during the call” option isn’t selected.

1. From your phone’s Settings, tap Call settings.
2. Uncheck No background during the call.
3. You should now be able to personalize your call screen background.
